Hello family. How are you? I’m going soooo good. We found out that Brother McCarter picked a date to get baptized. How sweet is that? So he will get baptized and Jenna and John-mike and john are all getting baptized this Saturday. 3 convert baptisms and I child of record. That’s sweeeeeeet!. The ward had a goal of 12 baptisms and that are at 0. So it’s cool that we can have some baptisms before the year is over. So that’s the biggest thing going on now. but we had a good week. We finely got 20 lessons this week. We had to teach some people 2 times but we got it. We had zone conference this week. It was good. It was a Christmas one. They had some of the elders sing a play their instruments. It was really good. I love Christmas time. I love that we can play all Christmas music. That’s sweet. We can even play it on the radio. Fun times. I just hope that I can stay in this area for just one more transfer. This ward is like my family away from my family. It would be nice to stay for one more. Well I can’t think of anything else to write about so I will talk to you all later. I love you and miss you.

It's cold here in kc. Snow today and tonight. Very cold predicted for Thursday am. He's bundled up and getting lots of rides. Gave a great lesson tonight about heeding lessons of the gospel and prophets and being thankful for Jesus Christ. Thanks for sharing him with us.

Hello family.how are you? I’m doing good. The week was good. We taught Danielle again this week. I asked her to get baptized. She said she wanted to learn more before she gets baptized. So I hope shew will get baptized after we teach her all the things we need to teach her. She also needs to come to church.we thought she was goinh to come this week to church but she didn’t show up. We are going to teach her tomorrow so I hope we can find out why she didn’t come. We are teaching her lesson 4 now. i know she is ready to get bapitzed. That was the biggest thing that happened this week. I wish Brother McCarter would pick a date to get baptized he knows the church is ture. He just needs to pick a date. We try to get him to pick a date for his wife’s birthday.we don’t know if he did but we will find out tomrrow as well. But it is getting so cold it’s crazy. It is snowing today. We had our frist snow in Oct. but we don’t have the car still. It’s going to be fixed. It’s going to cost $7,000. My bad. It’s going to be a like 3-5 or more weeks until we can get it back. It sucks. Oh well. We are going to be ice cubes. Well that was our week. I wish I had more to talk about. Well I love you and miss you all a lot. I’ll talk to you later.

Tyler's companion was going home so they there were sending him home. As you can see Tyler isn't quite ready to go home yet. He still has a while. They are so silly. I loved the big stamp on their heads!
The trees there are starting to change and Tyler wanted us to see how pretty it is starting to look. It really is beautiful!
When you get to six months most of the time Elders burn one of their ties, but I guess they don't want the elders doing that any more so Tyler made one out of cardboard and burned it. He felt that he still got the whole tie burning thing accomplished.
Tyler is quite the artist. He drew this on the back of one of his planners.
So in Tyler's last letter he told us how he got in a car accident, I just thought that this picture was so fitting for that last letter.
For Tyler's birthday one of the members made him a cake and I guess made him wear this silly hat. He still looks good!

Tyler was sitting in the back of a members car that was giving them a ride and found this hat back there and thought that he should get a picture with this hat on.
He was helping the relief Society with something for Halloween and got to wear this witch hat. I've noticed that he wears a lot of hats.
Tyler said that it was really cold out and they found this butterfly, that was moving really slow, so he picked it up and didn't want to get off. He thinks it's because his hand was warm.

One of the members in the ward he is in gets these kilts and Tyler wanted one so he got one for him. He was pretty excited about it. He sent it home because he didn't want it to get all messed up. It is pretty nice.
I am not sure how the boys do this light saber look. There isn't really anything in his hand so I don't know how that is done. The sword that he is holding is one that a member had that he just thought was really cool looking.
This is Tyler and his companion Elder Watson. He really had a good time with him.
They went over to a families house that has three girls and had all these crowns laying around so they decided to put some on. Crazy boys!

A member had this accordion and he wanted to see how heavy it is and see if he could play it.
He did some service work at this farm place and right here he is churning some butter.
He had to walk around with this baby cow. He said that it kept stepping on his foot and it hurt so bad. It ruined the fun of walking it around.

Hello family. How are you all? This was by far the craziest week I have ever had on the mission so far. I have good news and I have bad news. I’ll pick for you because you can’t. The good news is I got my back checked. The bad news is we are now full time bike. The reason we are full time bike is because I crashed the car. :( Elder barker and I are ok so clam down. We just don’t get the car until it’s fixed. So what happened was, I was looking for a house that I had never been to. So I was looking out the other widow and didn’t see the stop sign. And a guy hit us. So now I can’t drive for the rest of my mission. I don’t care about that. But I lost the car for us and the other missionaries the use the car. That and cost the church money. I was really depressed because of it. I’m better now. We still had a good week. We got 2 new investigators. They said they were going to be at church but they didn’t come. We do have anther app. With them so we will find out what happened. We taught Danielle again. She is so awesome. We thing she is going to get baptized. We Also Taught Brother McCarter again. We are trying to get him ready for baptism. But he still wants to have a job before he gets baptized. So we just hope that not having the car will make the work that much harder. Our ward is sweet about give us rides. Brother Horrocks gives us a ride every day if we asked him but we don’t want him to get brunt out on giving us rides. I gave him the Chiles Gift card to get him to keep giving us rides. We can’t pay for his gas or we would just do that. He gave us a ride here lol. And mom I did get your email. Well I can’t think of any thing else to write about so I will talk to you later. I love you and miss you all.

Hello fam. How’s it going? I’m good. I didn’t get transferred but I did get my new comp. his name is Elder barker. He is from Utah some were up north by Bear Lake. He’s is nice and we are going to work hard on getting some baptisms because we need them. After we dropped Elder Watson off I was going to have to wait for like 4 hours for elder barker to show. So I went back with some of the Elders from my district. They are Spanish elders and we went to their Spanish app. I only got about 25% of what they were saying. Also the guy they were teaching asked me Q’s. It was something new for my. So now I have to take over the area and I don’t know if I can do it. It’s hard when your comp can’t help you plan for what to do. It’s going to be hard but we can do it. We are still working with Brother McCarter. He wants to wait to get baptized until he gets a job. So we are going to work with him to see if we can help him see they it will help him get a job to get baptized. If he is following our heavenly Father he will bless him. He will see that some day. We have our new investigator Danielle. She is sooooo sweet. We had the 1st lesson with her and she said she thought it could be true. We are so going to get her baptized. This transfer is going to rock my socks off it’s going to be sweeeeeet. We have been having some problems with some of the LA’s we have been working with. Some one said something to them and they got mad at them. We just need to show them some love. We got a LA family to come church this week. They haven’t been there in like a year. It was crazy. This is Tyler's blog. I will do the same thing I am doing for Thomas for Tyler. I will post all of his letters and any picture that I may get. Hello family. What’s going on? I’m doing sooooooo good. This last week was sweet. The whole week we saw as many people that we could. We taught Mac McCarter again. We didn’t get to teach him the lesson we wanted to teach him but it was still good. But yesterday at church was one of the best days at church. We have like 150 people that come to our ward on a good Sunday. We had 228 yesterday. It was sooo sweet. We invited so many people to come and it worked. The Shy family came for the first hour. They haven’t come in 5 years. So baby steps are the way to go with them. Than there was this lady that moved in to the ward like 3 months ago and she came. Than the McCarter’s came and it was the first time that Mac came to church and he stayed for all 3 hours. He did so well at church to. In priesthood the teach asked a question and he was the first to answer. He said he liked it. Today we have any appt. with him and his family and Elder Watson and I are going to ask him to be baptized. It’s going to be sweeeeeeeeeet! We know he is ready. We hope he will do it. We also had our trunk or treat on Tuesday. Elder Watson and I were men in bad. We had little water guns. We had a lot of people come to that to. We got out 10 tables and that’s about 80 people. We had to get out 5 more before dinner was over. So it was good. We had a lot of fun. I had to go to a funeral this week. We went on exchanges and that’s why I went. It weird going to a funeral for someone you don’t know. That and there were a lot of nonmembers there and they did know that they were going to see their little boy again. It’s sad to see that. It all most my b-day. It crazy to think that I’m going to be 20. One thing I need is some 180’s ear muffs. We can’t have beanies. Well I can’t think of anything else to write so I love you and miss you all!

Hello family! How’s it hanging? It’s good here. We are finally having some good things happen. We taught Brother McCarter 2 times last week. He understands every thing we teach him so we think we might ask him to get baptized. But he has been to church yet so we will have to see. He and his wife still don’t have jobs. I hope they get one soon. Than the other day we were tracting down this street. We didn’t have much luck at first. Than we knocked on this guys door. So we started telling him who we were and he looked at us and said, “Are you cold?” and Elder Watson said, “A little.” Than he said,”come in.” it was sweet. He said that one of his friends has been telling him that there are signs all around us. So he started looking for them. Than we knocked on his door. How sweet is that? We have an appt. with him on Tuesday. We hope his girlfriend will listen. It was Elder Watson birthday yesterday. We had so much cake it was crazy. There were one to many members that found out that it was his b-day. So we had a lot of cake. Than the Horrock’s got him balloons and party hats and a cake, it was a lot of fun. So I have no idea what they are going to do for my b-day. Some thing I could get for my b-day is music. Come thou fount every blessing is a good CD. I also want the Moleni Brothers CD. Stacy that the name of those guys I wanted you to find. Tomorrow we have the trunk or treat at the church. Elder Watson and I are going to be Men in Black. Alls we need is some guns. LOL. Hello family. How are things for you? I’m good. The work is starting to pick up a little. We got a new investigator. I don’t know his first name because he always calls himself brother McCarter. His wife is a member but he is not. They also have 2 kids. One is mentally challenged. They are a sweet family. They just move here from Thomas’s mission they also lived in Henderson. So they are so right for me to teach it crazy. They moved here because they lost their jobs. So now they are living here with her sister. Her sister is a member but her sister’s husband and kids are not. We had no record of her sister living in our area so that was a good thing. And her daughter said she wanted to be baptized. Her name is Jenna. I drew her a picture that I think she will like. So we can get 4 baptisms out of this family. This resent convert family is going to let their son get baptized. They wanted to wait because they didn’t think he was ready. But we told them that he was one of the smartest 8 year olds we have ever taught. So they talked to him and he said he wanted to be baptized. It’s getting so cold here. It dropped to into the 50’s and 40’s. So it so cold right now. And we lose the car today too. That sucks. The mission conference is coming up. That will be a lot of fun. I’m not feeling sick any more but I hurt all the time. I feel like an old man. It sucks. My back hurts and my legs hurt. It all just hurts! I think I’m going to get it all checked out soon. It been hurting for a couple of weeks. Yes mom Sister Scott was my seminary teacher. Hello family! How are all of you? I’m good. Transfers just happened and I’m staying here with elder Watson. He is going to die here. So that’s sweet. The work is like a dang roller coaster it keeps going up than down. We must be on the up hill. Because all of our investigators drop us or move or we can’t get a hold of them. It sucks. Amber the girl we were working with is moving so we can’t teacher her. We Can’t get a hold of Jackey. She the time Elder Watson saw her she said she wanted to keep learning so I don’t what to do with her. But this week should be a good week. We have a lot of appointments set up for this week. We are hopefully teaching this new guy from Guna. His name is Zuda. He is a nice guy. We only met him long enough to get an appointment. Than we have a lot of other app. Conference was good. We got o see all 5 sessions. They were good. We got to watch them at the Horrock’s house. Their kids made it a little hard to watch it. But it was good still. No I haven’t written Thomas. I send him emails. But that’s about it. It was Thomas that said “I love u and miss you like Tyler misses him”. If I for get to get a card for Jaden for his B-day. Tell him happy for me! Thank you. Elder Watson’ b-day is the 18 the same as Mindy. And Katey the girl we have been teaching has the same b-day as me And Thomas has the same B-day as me too. It’s crazy! The weather here is crazy nice. It’s been in the low 60’s and high 50’s. it’s sweet. I love the weather here so far. It’s going to get really cold soon. So I need to be ready. So is there anything new going on? Hello family! How are you? I’m doing good. This week was so slow. We got 20 lessons but they where all RCLA’s (resent converts and Less active). We had a goal to get 20 lessons in the zone. So that’s why we got the 20 lesson. We worked so hard to get those lessons too. And it’s not like we didn’t try to see our investigators. They weren’t home or they didn’t calls us back. So it’s been a slow week. Transfers are this week. This is Elder Watson’s last transfer. So he might stay or he might go we don’t know. We would think that he would stay for his last transfer here but we don’t know. He wants to stay. I would be fine if he stayed. But we will see. For General Conference we are going to the Horrocks to watch it. So it should be good. I’m feeling better. Not sick any more that’s sweet. But every one here is getting sick. It moves so fast it’s crazy. I’m making a tape for you so you might get that in the next couple of weeks. With my SD card. I want all of you to take the missionary lessons. In know it will help you to better missionaries and it will help you know more about the Gospel. So I want you all to do that. Hello family. How are things? I’m good. I’m feeling a lot better. I still feel a little sick but not bad. We get the car today so that is sweet. We lost an invest. Last week and got a new one. Rob dropped us. He called last p-day and said he wanted to look for a faith on his own. So I boar my testimony to him on the phone and told him he has our # so if he ever wants to have the lesson just to call us. We think his wife or someone gave him some bad info. But we did get that new invest. I can’t spell her name but she is nice. She goes to anther ward in our district she just showed up and went to church. She lives in our area so the other Elders called us and told us about her. So we taught the 1st lesson to her. She has known about the church seen she was in the 9th grade. She is just afraid that her family will disown her if she get baptized. So we are going to work with her to so if we can get her wet. Mom I like your subject line. If I was to celebrate my bump day I wouldn’t even know what to do. And yes I have been around cats. They destroy me. We go over to the muhankey’s and they have cats. I hate cats. Did I tell you how much I hate cats?! I thought you said that Sarah had a letter ready for me? For my belt it a size bigger than my pants I think, and black is the color I need. My email was working than it kick me out so i had to send my email through here. Hello family. How are things going for you all? I’m doing better than last week. I still feel like crap but I’m getting better. I didn’t sleep last night. Everybody around here is getting sick. All the people we would teach are all sick so we haven’t been teaching that much. We have an appointment with rob today. We hope we can teach him and his family this time. We finally taught Katey this week. We try to show her how important baptism is. She is ready to be baptized she just doesn’t think so. She is also hard head and spoiled. So we are having a hard time with her. We also helped Sister Muhankey set up her Wii and her new computer. Who would of knew that my wii skills would help me on the mission. Jackey has the swine flu. So we can’t teach her right now. We just need to get an appointment with Amber to teach her again. Sorry I didn’t write a letter last week. Things were crazy with exchanges and with me being sick I just didn’t get to it. I will write one this week. Thank for the package even though I can’t eat it right now because I feel like carp. But when I feel good again I will eat it up. So how the fires by grandma and grandpa’s are house doing? So they cut the tree down in front of grandma Toblers house that sucks. That was a sweet tree. You don’t see trees that big in Vegas. Here we see trees like that all over the place. The weather is still sweet. But it doesn’t smell good when you are out side like it does it Vegas. So is there anything new going on at home? Any new movies? Happy any. Stacy and Jaden. Subject: did you miss me?
Hello family! How are things? I finial got to my email. I had to go to a different library to get it to work. But it’s all good. This are good with our investigators. I’m not good though. I have been sick the last 2 days. I feeling better but not by much. It’s a cooled mixed with allergies. I think. We have the 2 new inv. Rob and Amber. We haven’t taught Rob since the last time we taught him. The holiday didn’t help. And Amber is pregnant so she is feeling sick all the time so we are just waiting to get a day when she isn’t sick. Things in the ward are good. They are all looking for people for us to teach. For katey Muhankey we cooked them breakfast on Sunday to get them to come to church. It got them to church. Even through Katey wasn’t dressed the best for church. I love the Horrocks if we don’t have some one to feed us they will every time it so sweet. Hello my favorite family! How are things? I’m good here. One of the best things is we have a new Investigator. We taught him last Monday. He is a sweet guy. We haven’t taught his family yet but his wife has a hard time staying focused. So we are going to watch movies to help her. But all the Q he had we answered and he was like ok that makes sense. We have an appointment with him tonight so it should be sweet. The cats around here are killllllllllling me. I would feel better if you shot me in the foot. I can’t breathe around cats. I would like to shoot them all. We have been working with a lot of less active members in the ward. We have got some of them to come back to the church. It sweet when you see someone come back to church that you helped come back. The weather here has been the best. It was 68 all day yesterday and today it going to be in the 70’s. How cool is that? It needs to stay like this for the rest of the week because we don’t have the car. We are still trying to break the 20 lesson mark. We can get 20 lessons a week but we want to get at least one more over. We are still working with Jackey but we think she is not answering our calls. So we don’t know what to do there. Stephen’s dad still wont let him get baptized. I don’t get why. Stephen goes to church and the activities just as if he was a member so what’s the difference if he gets baptized? People! So they are having fires in Utah again? That sucks. Today we are going golfing with our ward mission leader. I have never been so I will be running after my ball all day. So you had stake Conference? Hello family. How are things with you? I’m good I didn’t get transferred. I’m still in Parkville with Elder Watson. I think I might kill him off. He would like to stay here for the rest of his mission. And I don’t want to take over the area just yet so that’s good. The last we was kind slow again. It hard to get to some of the people we teach without the car. But we get it back today. Heaven YES! The weather here has been sooooooo sweet. It’s been in the 70’s and low 80’s. They one kept telling me that August was the hottest month of the year. We had so much rain the last week it’s crazy. We had 7 1/2 in last week. We had 4 in one day. We did a lot of walking this week to. The people we have been working with are getting harder and harder to get appointments with. Katey is back in school so it’s so hard to teach her. Jackey is also back in school and we have called her a lot and she never calls us back. Stephen we taught him all the lessons and we are just waiting for his dad to say he can get baptized. The other and we went to Sister Muhankey’s house and she has some big long hair cats. And I’m allergic to cats. We were there for a while and I broke out in hives and my throat started to close up. Let just say I hate cats! The next time I saw sister Muhankey she gave me some allergy medicine. I don’t know if it will help or not so. I hope it does. Sister Muhankey felt bad. She is doing a deep cleaning of her house to try and help me. On Saturday night the bishop called me and said that one of the speakers was sick and asked if I would talk. I had an hour that night to get a talk together. I gave the talk but I don’t think it was that good. Everybody in the ward said I did well but I didn’t think so. So why do you have to get up at 5:30. You don’t have to take us to school now? Does it take you that long to get ready? j/k. well I can’t think of any thing else to write about so I love you and miss you all like a fat kid miss and loves cake.

Subject:do the dew!
Hello family! How are things there? Things are really wet here. We are going to have like 3days of rain. We have already had 1. So it’s going to be wet. I like the rain so I don’t care. It makes it cooler too. Well this week was crazy. Well we went to Brother Laudie’s gymnastics gym he owns and played around there for p day last week and we might do that today. But we had a lot of appointments this week. We taught 20 lessons. That’s what we try for every week. We had to drop some of the people we have been teaching. They just don’t see it. I went on an exchange with an Elder in our district had he doesn’t fellow the rules all that well. He was listening to the radio and watched TV. That’s how he is so. What ever I would have said it wouldn’t have stopped him from doing it. I just didn’t watch or listen. But the next day I was with him and we did service at this good will place. I just swept the hole time. But later that day after we exchanged back we had a team up pick us up after dinner. That we were going to go to a new investigator. Her name is Jackey and she is 18. So we get there and she is not home. So as we are going to the car she drives up with her friend. So we go over to talk to them. But they are both very good looking and wearing low cut short skirts black dress. So it was really hard to talk to them. But we had to make anther appointment. So we went back to the car and it wouldn’t start. So Jackey and her friend come over and try to help. So it looks like we are on a date because of what we are wearing and because of what they are wearing. But we talked to them the hole time we were trying to see what was wrong with the car. We taught a lesson pretty much. But we ended up having to get the car towed by anther member in our ward. On Saturday we helped with a eagle project. We had to put up bat houses and put mulch on a path. I helped put up the bat houses. It was so hard. You are way up in these trees and you are trying to put up these big bat houses up in them. That and the drills didn’t have enough power to hang them up. So it was a long day. Well that’s pretty much what happened this week. Grandma I do get your emails. I also want to let you know that I haven’t cashed the check you sent me a while ago because the banks around here won’t let me. So I don’t know what to do. So mom you are going back to work. That sucks. But I know you will have fun with out me there. Mom why don’t you and dad send your letters in the same envelop? You would have to use as many stamps. Hello family! How are things going for you all? Things here are starting to pick up here. We are trying to get the members in our ward to get there butts in gear and get them working with missionary work. They are now helping us get appointments for this week. This should be a good week. We already have 17 appointments for this next week. We are going to try and get 30 but I don’t know if we can do that. Well this week we did so much tracting. We did like 4 hours a day. We did find some people that could go some were. But we never know with tracting. It has been so hot and humid we haven’t been riding our bikes because we think we might die in the heat. That and I’m might die from my bike. I need to get it fixed. The brakes don’t work very well. So I could be going down a hill and into a ditch and die J/K. but I do need to get them fixed. We are still teaching Stephen. We are almost done teaching him because his dad still won’t let him be baptized. So we might have to drop him. He will still come to church and things like that we just might not teach him until he can get baptized. We are also still teaching Katie Muhankey. We haven’t had a lesson with her for a while because she is never home. So we teach her mom and kind of her dad. Sister Muhankey is the one who will take her to church so we need her to get moving and go to church. Katie’s dad isn’t a member but he is a freaking HOOT! He can make you laugh so hard some times. We when over to there house on Saturday and cut there grass. I finished this small area and I thought I was done and Tom (Katie’s dad) said no you have to still cut that field. And there was this really big field next to there house. When I was done it was like I had stepped out of the shower still dressed. But we got it done. We are going to be staying at the Koffel’s house. The sloan’s must have had a problem that we can’t go back. Well that’s how the work is going. Mom I do too read your emails. I even put them next to the letter I’m write to see the Q’s you ask me so I can A them. I some time just run out of time before I can get to them. So take a chill pill. And yes I did get the email that was as long as a letter. I will be sending the thank you letters for the Giffords and the Ceils in my next letter. Transfers are coming up soon. Subject: whats a happen hot stuff?!!!
Well hello family. How are you all? I’m doing good. This week was crazy. We have been doing a lot of 10 by 10ing to try to find more people. 10 by 10ing is were we go to some ones place and if they aren’t home or they don’t want to talk we go to 10 houses around that house. So we have been doing a lot of that. We are still working with Stephen and Katie. We taught Stephen on Thursday. That was the craziest day I was on an exchange with anther elder on Wednesday and we were going to exchange back on Thursday at 1:00. But Brother Sloan the member we lived with said we needed the be packed and out of the house by 12:00. Because they were going out of town and they wanted to make sure that we got out ok. So Elder Watson had to pick me up first thing on Thursday. As soo as we got home we started packing. By time we got all of our stuff packed it was 10:45. Our appointment with Stephen was at 11:00 and we still had to move all our stuff to our new house. By time we dropped our stuff off and got our car we were 40min late. They were ok with it. We hated being late. But we taught him the 3rd lesson. After that we had this big ward picnic that brother Laudie and we were getting ready for that day still. So we had to get all that ready. But than elder Watson had to interview some people for baptism. Than as soon as we were done we had to go to the party. We had a lot of people there. We also had 10 games that we had planed out. And because Brother Laudie owns a gym he had this big blow up play thing. It was a lot of fun. We now live with the Koffels. They are so nice. We love living with them. They live a lot closer to the area we work in. So that makes things nicer. We didn’t get to teach Katie last week so we’ll see how it goes this week. Me and my comp are doing well we just have to get up on time. Mom the reason I sent the CTR ring home is I’m not aloud to wear it and I don’t want to lose it. Hello family. How are things going for you all? I’m doing good. Things are a little slow. We don’t have that many people to teach right now. We need more referrals from members and church HQ. but we are still working with the same people as last time. We Taught Stephen the 2nd lesson at our ward mission leaders house. It’s was a good one. We had him draw it as we taught it. We also drew it with him. I’m looked so sweet. We didn’t get to teach Katie this week but we did help her mom paint her bathroom. We did so much service this week it was crazy. On Monday we got a call from Brother Smith. They need to have all their stuff moved from there old house to there new one by Tuesday. So we went over there first thing that morning. The best part about it was we were the only ones there other than Brother Smith. We had to move all the stuff up and down 32 steps or more. It sucked so bad. We started going up and down them pretty fast but the end I thought I was going to die. Sister smith couldn’t help that much because she was 9 months pregnant. We were there from 8 until he dropped us off at our place at 5:30. And at 6:30 I guess Sister Smith’s water broke. So that was a fun day. Then on Thursday Sister Bird had a 15ft trailer full of stuff that she needed unloaded into her house. I don’t know who packed that trailer but they sucked at it. They had all the small boxes on the bottom and the big heavy one on top. The hole thing was about to fall. It was at a 30 degree angle. We thought we were going to die. We had help at that one. But we got that all done. A funny thing that happened when I was on an exchange was we went to some LA’s houses and we came to one and the member opened the door in a bikini. Elder Davis (the Elder I was on the Exchange with) wouldn’t even look at her. I just kept eye contact. It was pretty funny. We just found out that we have to move out of the Sloan’s house because one of their girls is going to be staying there for 2 weeks. So we have to move for 2 weeks. We move this Friday. Well I can’t think of any thing else to write about so I’ll talk to you later. I love you all and miss you all.

Subject: Family! Sun power!
Hello family. How are things going with you? I’m doing good. It has been a long week. Sorry about you guys not getting letters. I sent them but it took us a long time to get to the post office. Dad I’m sending your watch back also. It should get there soon. The work here is moving slow but we are working with some good people. We have 2 people that might get baptized. One is a boy about 12 years old and his name is Stephen. His dad isn’t a member but his mom is. The dad didn’t want him to get baptized or take the lessons. But now he is letting him have the lessons. Stephen wants to be baptized but we don’t know if the dad will let him. So we’ll teach him. The other person is Katie she is 16 and has been meeting with the missionaries for a long time. She has been taught every thing she needs to be baptized. She just didn’t think she was ready. So we saw her last week and told her that she was. Now she thinks she might get baptized in the next month or so. Witch is a lot better that what she wanted to do at 1st. she wanted the get baptized when she turned 18. So we are happy that we changed her mind. That’s about it for people that are getting ready for baptism. We have some awesome members in the ward. This one family in the ward named the Horrocks are soo cool. They would do just about anything for us. We were having a bad day and we called them and asked if they would let us come over and share a message with them. So brother Horrocks came and got us so we could share one with them. But the thing that sucks the most is that they are out of town for a month. One thing about the people out here is they all have so much money. There are so many people out here with big houses. It hard to teach people that think they have it all. So what happened to the Zockells and Weston Moon? I didn’t hear about ether of them. So mom are you going to try out for so you think you can dance? You could be the next sex. Subject: Sun power!
Hello family. How are things going? Well transfers happened and I got transferred to Parkville MO. It a nice area and I have a awesome comp. he has been in the mission for 20 months. He is from Utah. That and he is a lot of fun. He makes things so fun. I still live with members. They are nice but it a little weird because we live in their basement and their son also lives down there. Their son is also LA member. He not very nice to his parents. Their house is awesome. I’m sending you guy my memory card with a lot of pictures. So I hope you like them. The area we live in is big and HAS SO MANY HILLS! The hills suck so bad. We also live so far away from our working area. It nice that we are part time car. We get to drive today. SWEET! The ward here is small or there just wasn’t that many people at church last Sunday. Well I would talk about the people we are teaching but I haven’t met them all. There are some members here that could be my 2nd family. The Horrocks are so much fun. They have 3 kids and they all said I was there best friend. Their little girl would stop playing with me. It was funny. Sorry you guys didn’t get a letter last week. Last P-day was crazy. We went bowling and to Cabalas. It’s a hunting store. It was like the zoo with more dead animals. Lol. It’s a lot like Bass Pro Shop. They had cat fish in there that were 4 ft long. But it was a lot of fun. Last week I also got to walk a cow around. That is some thing that I would have never done at home. I also got to turn butter. I did it at the farmstead. Now that I’m in a new area I don’t get to work there any more. It funny that after I leave an area the work picks up in that area. Maybe that what I’m doing in the mission, I make the work pick up in other area’s. I don’t want to get transferred the next one. WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH ME NOT GETTING ANY EMAILS? That just sucks! I’m not feeling the love. You guys tell me to write an email and a letter and I get nothing. Well I did like the calendar. That was nice. Good thing I thought of it. Well I guess I’ll tell you wants going on here. Thinking are starting to get better. I still have a crappy comp but I’ll deal with it. We have some people we are teaching. They are moving slow but we are working on them. We went to one of our investigators came to the door the other day in his boxers. Than we sat down with him and his wife and talked to them for a little bit. It was some different that’s for sure. Well for the 4th of July we worked all day. We tarcted all day to find new investigators. We found more bible bashers than investigators. We ran in to 3 that day. One said that the Book of Mormon was wrong. Than we asked if he had read it and he said no. so we told him to read it. We know it not going to read it. He all so told us to go to YouTube to see that our faith was wrong. Ya that’s not going to happen. Haha. Than when it came to the time I would be firing off fireworks I had to watch. Dang it! We sat on the Sharp’s driveway and watched all the fireworks. We could look in any direction and watch some show. It was fun. I think I might be allergy to cats. I have helped 2 different people more and the same thing happened at both. My eyes itch and turn red and water up. Then my arms get bumps and turn red and itch. It sucks. I got some eye drops that help a lot. So I don’t know. Maybe I’ll ask the nurse lady for the missionaries to see what she has to say. I don’t know if I told you guys but I passed off my lessons and I can drive now. I haven’t yet but I can when the time comes. It will be nice because my comp sucks at driving. That and if he didn’t have a GPS he couldn’t find his way home to save his life. Ha-ha. Transfers are coming up. I want to be transferred. I want a new comp. but I know that I’m not going anywhere so I’ll try to make the best of it. Hello family! How’s it going? I’m doing better than last week. It’s not as good as I would like it to be but it’s better. I’m still trying hard to work better with my comp. the work in the area could be better. We don’t have a lot of investigators so we are doing a lot of finding. The only thing I’m finding is Chiggers. j/k we do have a lot of chiggers but they don’t bother me. If I didn’t get a red bump I would even know I had them. They drive everybody else nuts. Not me. I have a hard time with the weather. It’s so hot. I have never sweat so much in my life. I won’t even be doing anything and I’ll be sweating. I hate it. At least we get the car back this Wednesday. We went over our miles last week. By 106miles. That wasn’t good. It wasn’t my fault. It was the other elder and elder Neilsen fault. Oh well. I love how mom tries to keep what’s in the care package a surprise and dad just tells me.LOL!! I think I’ll like it because I wanted a calendar with pictures on it. So thank you a head of time. Tell Carol if she would write me I’ll write her. I have a SD card to send you guys with new pictures. I just need to send it. We went to a members house for dinner last night and they had a room with 10 computers in there. They all play games as a family. That sounds like a good idea to me. LOL the other day when we had dinner at anther members house we had buffalo burgers. They were sooo good. Lots better than ham burgers. I’ve never even seen a buffalo but I have eaten one.lol the other day I got to help put up a teepee. It took 2 hours in the hot sun to put it up. And someone made a mistake and it took us 5 min. to take it down. It sucked so much. We have a lot of people that try to give the missionaries some different food experiences if they are state side. Some I wish they wouldn’t but some are very good. TheMormon Tabernacle Choir was sooooo good. I’ve never seen them live. They sang some good songs. I have some of them on my camera. There were a lot of members and nonmembers there. There were a lot of missionaries there also. Some missionaries got to take investigators. Helloooo family!! How are things going. I could be beter. My new comp is driving me nuts. He thinks he know everything. That and he is just weird. So I don’t know what to do. He isn’t that good of a teacher. He has his moments. If I had been out for a year and a half I would hope that I’m a better teacher. Well I’m trying hard to get along with him. I pray for like 20 min trying to get help. So I hope it works. So you liked the picture? A lady in one of the wards said she wanted to do that for us and for you guys. I would like to take credit for it but it wasn’t my idea. Dad just so you know I did send you a card. I hope it gets to you if you haven’t gotten it yet. Well the work here is slow going try now. We are trying to organize the area. That and the last elders here baptized all the people they were teaching so we have no one to teach. We have met some people we might teach. We’ll see how that goes. Guess what we have tickets to the Mormon Tab choir this Thursday. That’s going to be soooo cool. All the missionaries that are close to where they are going to be can go. So it will be some fun stuff. I did get the last package. Thank you. But the chocolate was melted. Thanks for the pics too. It nice having a car. It makes the work so much easier. But we have to give it to the other elders on Wednesday. And that’s when it going to get hot here. Oh well. Tomorrow we are going to the farmstead. It a place for kids to go see farm animals and do activities. We do work for free. It’s fun though. I have been there once and it wasn’t that bad. We cleaned carts. Like golf carts. It was like working at the golf course all over again. But this time no one tried to hit me with a ball when I was dirving.lol I like my new district I’m in. they are nice guys and easy to get along with. It sounds like everyone is going on trips and stuff. And you all thought you would have fun without me. But you all know it would be better with me. Haha. Well I’m all most out of time. Hello family. How are things going? I’m good. But just to let you know I have been emergency Transferred. It wasn’t anything bad so don’t worry. Elder Clayton’s last comp before me just went back to be in Blue Springs with him. So now I’m in Olathe Kansas. My new comp. is Elder Nielson. He has been out for year and a half. He is a little different. He talks like he telling someone just died. So it’s a little weird. But he is a good guy. We now cover 2 wards Overland Park 2nd and Indian Creek. They are both big wards and areas. It like I’m over 2 1/2 Blue Springs. So we are part time car now. That’s one of the nicest things about the transfer. My comp. has been in the area for 2 weeks so he doesn’t know any one or the area very well. So we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off! Lol. We are trying hard to work here. We also live with some members. The Sharps. We live in their basement. It’s like a dungeon .j/k. they are a nice family. They made me sign a contracted with the rules of the house. One of the rules is that we can’t walk around bare foot. But we can’t have shoes on also. So we need slipper or sandals. So mom watched Disturbia? That’s funny. I knew that mom wouldn’t like that movie. You guys also saw Star Trek. I knew that was going to be a good one. I have to pass off one more lesson and I can drive. Hey how’s it going? It going slow now that we had those baptisms. We are try to find some more people to teach. We have a family that are looking in to the church for a long time. Luke (the Dad) want to read the book of Mormon to know if the church is true. So he is reading it but he is going to Texas for 6 weeks for the army. So we can’t teach him for a little bit. But he said he will have a lot of time to read the book of Mormon. So that’s a good thing. I told you about Michael. Michael’s wife had a small stroke. So we can’t teach them until she is ok. He called us and told us that he still want us to teach him and his wife. He said he let us know when we can meet with him. Gloria is the RLDS lady that is looking in to our church because she is unhappy with her church. William is a guy that we tracked in to the other day. Nice guy and he is 23 and just moved in to a new house with his mom. We taught him lesson one it was a very good lesson. He said at the end of the lesson that it was a sign that we were there. It was soo cool to hear that. Jacob is the kid that was going to get baptized with his sister but wanted to wait. We talked to him last Monday and he said he want to be baptized now that he has seen how it’s done. So we are happy for that. That pretty much all the people we are teaching right now. So Megan got baptized that’s cool. It good for them to have good things like that. How’s grandpa and grandma doing? I haven’t herd anything for a long time. I hope they are doing well. The Kim family sent me a care package. With a lot of food and candy. I wrote them a thank you letter so let them know if they don’t get it. Guess what our AC is out and it is getting hot. It broke now Thursday. We just got a hold of the people to fix it. So we’ll see how that goes. Because Elder Clayton is the DL we go on 2 exchanges a week. So it hard to teach the people in my area. Wuz up my family? All is good here in the mission. Transfers are over and I’m staying here for anther 6 weeks. With my comp he is now the DL. The only bad thing about that is we are full time bike. And we don’t have a car to do all the exchanges with the other Elders. The Mission pres. Didn’t think of that when he made him the DL. So we’ll see how that goes. I’m almost a senior comp. I have to pass off one more lesson to be one . but it’s not like I can do all that much with being one. I can drive and go in to leadership that’s about it. So some of the people we have been teaching are Kelley, Jacob, Heather, and soon Michael. Kelley is easy and hard to teach. She says all the stuff we teach her she say isn’t new to her. But she has never been taught by the missionaries before. So we have to stress the importants of our massage. Jacob is the kid we were going to baptize but he didn’t think he was ready to be baptized so we are going to see if we can get him ready for it. Heather just needs to stop smoking and we can have her baptized. If we can get her ready her grand son will be baptized the same day. So that would be good for them and their families. Michael we haven’t started teaching yet but we met him and we think we can get somewhere with him. That’s pretty much the main people we are teaching right now. I’m making a tape for you guys and it will be done soon. There’s 2 tapes so that why it taking so long. I might send my pictures too. I need you guys to send me my other card back too. I love the members out here they are so good to us. We just need for them to help get us referrals so we can teach more people. That would help us a lot. So has anyone seen any good movies? Wuz up fam?How’s it going? Sorry I didn’t type a letter yesterday. Because it was memorial day so the library was closed. So I had to go the hole day with out emailing. That sucked. So what’s new? We had 2 people baptized on Saturday. The 3rd kid that was going to be baptized wanted to wait. For a 9 year old kid to want to know more before he is baptized is a good thing if you ask me. We found a new investigator the other day. Her name is Kelley. She nice and came to church 2 Sundays ago. We have been trying to get an anther appointment with her but no luck so far. We’ll keep trying. I’m making a tape for you guys but it going to be 2 tapes because I started one and I didn’t finish a story so I had to make anther one. If you want me to send the first Just let me know. Well I have gotten to my 2 month mark and I haven’t died yet so I think I can make it. We get transfer calls today that let us know if we are staying or going. Everyone tell me I’m staying. I don’t know what’s going on so I’ll see how it all goes. Someone said we can maybe email tomorrow to let you guys know if we get transferred. So you might or might not get an email tomorrow. So don’t get your hopes up. So why didn’t anyone tell me that grandpa was I the hospital? I like to know these things. Let me know how things are going there. You have so much BBQ out here it crazy. Most of it is sooooo good. We met this guy and he said he would smoke us some BBQ. So that sounds good. So how’s the weather there? Getting hot yet? The weather here doesn’t stay the same. Hay how is everybody doing? I’m doing good. Last week was a good one. We have 4 people committed for baptism. 3 of them are on this saterday. That is soooo cool. Thanks for the care package. It was nice to get that. Just so you know I don’t like peanut m&ms. Thanks for the twiks that were gone the day I got them. We found this new guy and taught the 2nd lesson to him. Then we asked if he found all the things we were saying to be true would he be baptized and he said yes. The only bad part is that he is 21. That means the he is in the singles ward. That means the zone leaders teach him not us. So that suck. The other day the weather was so crazy. I’ve never seen weather like that. We were riding up this hill and it was hot. We were going towards these clouds and as soon as we got to the top of the hill the wind change super cold. Than it started raining so hard. We got so wet. We were told to go home because of it. It rained all night long. Me and elder Clayton are having a good time. It’s going good. The food here is very good. A lot of BBQs. Some of the people make their own BBQ sauce. It’s good stuff. No I have gained any weight. And I don’t want to. I email everyone. So I don’t know what see is talking about. I forward this to everybody. Maybe there is some thing wrong with her email. Mom you don’t need to tell me how much longer I have. TRUST ME I KNOW. So what’s going on in the world? I would like to know. People say stuff to me and I’m like what? Hey it’s me again. It not like you just talked to me yesterday or something. Well I hope it was a good mothers day for you all. It was a go one for me. It was nice that I got to talk to everybody in the family. I miss you all and pray for you all. I will be writing you all today. So this might not be that long of an email. For the care package I would like some music. There’s a CD called mormon tab Show times. It a good one. I write Alex emails he tell me he is doing good but he doesn’t write me that long of emails. It sucks that he is getting home sick. I got home sick once and it was the first day in the MTC. I was go after that. I don’t really get home sick. I don’t know why. It a good thing if you ask me. I miss you all but I just don’t get home sick. The hardest thing out here is finding people. If we could just have people to teach things would go so much faster. We could be baptizing every day. That would be cool. The next transfer elder Clayton things I’ll be taking over the area. I don’t know if I can do it. I think I can. That will be a hard day if it comes. I don’t know if I would want to be a zone leader or a district leader. They aren’t they easy. They get a full time car. That would be nice. I’m almost a level 3 teacher. So that’s good. I;m going slower than I want on getting pasted off on them so I’ll see how it goes. You can let me know when some good movies come out. I just want to know. It would be fun. So when will I get some pictures? I sent you my pictures. It’s my turn to get some. That could be in my care package. Well I’m almost out of time. Just let me know what’s going on in the world. How’s it going? Did you get my letter with my tape and card? I hope you did. Sorry I didn’t write sooner but Mondays are my P-days. Well I do like my companion. He is just hard to keep up with on the bikes. It’s like trying to keep up with Lance Armstronge. Lol. He came from England when he was five. But he live in Utah now. My bike is ok for being free. My zone leaders had the bike. They don’t know where it came from but they let me have it. And I don’t look cute on it. I wrote Stacy a letter but I don’t have her address. You need to send me the addresses for both grandmas and stacy. I also need thomas’s e-mail. If I need more I’ll let you know. So how is the baby? I’ll get to talk to you guys soon on mothers day. I’ll call from the cell phone we have. My mission pres, Is pretty easy going. I can have a GPS here so if dad would like he could send me one to use? They help so much. My comp has one it makes finding people so much easier. If I’m so popular why is no one writing me? The weather is nice right now but ever one say it’s going to get hotter. It going to rain all week. That’s what they say. And yes I did get an umbrella. No I didn’t take a picture of the back pack. My area has a lot of hills so in other words a hard biking area. The members in my ward are nice. They feed us every night. There are a lot of hicks. There are a lot of smokers here too. It about 1:20 here right now. I don’t have much time on the computer left so I got to go. Write you later.

How are you Stay? How's Jaden and Kysa? Answering your question about emails, I do not get a physical letter, so if you send it throughdearelder.com I get it as a letter so I can read it another time and not take up my email time trying to figure out what to say. Plus I enjoy receiving letters all the time. Keep watching chuck for me cause I'll need you to keep me up on it when I get back. You've got a big duty of keeping up on media and entertainment for me so when I get back I'll have something to do. Stop playing with my Wii! JK. Everything here is great, I don't get to see Thomas very often but when I do its nice.

I can only email once a week on our Prep day and we have only 30 minutes to read and reply before it times out on us and we are done for the week. However, we can usedearelder.com.
